Steam invalid X11 window

Problem description:
logs.txt

1. open steam
2. steam window goes black
3. I can click on stuff in the steam window
4. lists will pop up when I hover over them
   video from issue 1277

I suspect this is all of the error log that matters:
WARNING: discarding _NET_WM_PID 52817 as invalid for X11 window - use specialized XCB_X11_TO_PID function!

Does this issue reproduce with native Steam:

I also have message like: WARNING: discarding _NET_WM_PID 5 as invalid for X11 window - use specialized XCB_X11_TO_PID function! but Steam and games works.
