Rename to flask-allows-2?

Hi, do you guys think that it's possible to republish this under flask-allows-2?

Rationales:

• Original repository is archived.
• Since it's used in production and you should not use git links as a pypi dependency.
• Its easier to update.

At the moment I don't want to maintain another dependency (outside of FlaskBBs scope) and deal with all those maintainance stuff. For now, I'll try to fix stuff so that FlaskBB runs again. My time is very limited at the moment and I am just trying to get back into it. My priority now is to get everything updated and running again.
Maybe someone else can pick it up? Before creating a hard fork, maybe @justanr can add another maintainer to its repo if someone is willing to maintain it :)

I'm happy to turn over the pypi package name, but I'd rather not resurrect the repository under my personal account.
