Update seq documentation to add loadPattern file format

SeqのloadPatternのファイルフォーマットに関してdocumentationをつけました。
実は誤った仕様でこちらが補間してしまっている部分もないとも限りませんので、
お手数ですが全体的に説明があっているかご確認いただけますと助かります
