AutoBalancer, StabilzierのIKパラメータを設定している部分を修正しました.
各パラメータをlimbごとにsequenceとしていたのを,すべてのlimbパラメータがまとまったstructを用意してそのsequenceとしました.
整理の目的ですが,これでdownstream(でこれから報告します)のrosbridgeでパラメータがうまくせっとできない問題も回避されます.
