In the XML dictionary definitions, i.e here, the format of the AVP's is clearly defined.
Is there a way to leverage this to validate if the message we have produced is accurate? i.e if I accidentally create a CCA with User-Location-Info as Utf8String instead of Octet string, have some kind of validate method that could detect this error.
