Can not create new instances/folders inside existing folders

I can't create new instances in pre-existing folders. Sometimes I can if the "Autogenerate sourcemap" setting is enabled, however, some folders are still affected by this issue. I have noticed that the folders affected do not show their file paths if the setting "Show File Paths" is enabled.

I found a workaround, adding something inside the affected folders (i.e. a meta json file) instantly fixed this issue for me. Some folders not affected by this issue don't need this fix.
