What's the Problem?

Right now Files is using it's internal file transfer agent (potentially windows one, don't know).
Would be nice if there was option to chose external agents already installed on system, for example TeraCopy.

Solution/Idea

The best approach would be one of these, whichever would be easier to implement:

  • Make options menu for choosing external app. /
  • Make options to disable internal agent. /
  • Make external agent aware. /

Alternatives

Make so Files use link that windows use as default for file transfer (which shows a dialog for choosing which app you should use for copying).

Priorities

Capability Priority
Being able to use external file tranfer agent Must
Being able to chose which one Should
Being able to sense external agent prior to installation Could

Files Version

No response

Windows Version

Windows 10 1909 18363.1916

Comments

If it's already included in Files, I'm sorry, but I couldn't find it. Which means it should be better located.
Right now it's the only thing that brakes usability for me.
If you know how can you rectify this problem for now, it would be nice to to tell how to proceed in the comments.
