Does this happen in network shares/folders or local folders too?
Also does this happen when deleting a file too?

In addition to happening when pasting files, this happens with me when deleting a file via either the delete key while the file is selected or by the context menu. I will note that I have the file deletion warning disabled.

Cannot test for network shares however.

Every time and on all directories. From my perspecive is a application-wide problem.

I think I'm not alone having this issue: #6499, #6555 and #6603 . Is it just us? Could it be the new Win11?

I have the same issue on a Windows 10 machine with both local and network folders.

Renaming files/folders, deleting, or creating new items all have the same issue.

Refreshing with F5 or Ctrl+R will update the folder.

It seems the issue is that Files will not refresh a folder automatically after a change is made.
