Description

i was bored and decided to just scale the Files (Preview) app to a phone display-size and when i opened the sidebar, the transparency was all messed up.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. scale the app to a phone-display-size
  2. open the sidebar
  3. laugh at the bug and make it feel bad.

Steps to fix

  1. increase the opacity of the surface layer behind the text + icons to perhaps an all white

Windows Version

OS Version: Windows 11 23H2 (copper build) 10.0.25267.0000
