使用sophon-miner可执行文件，但是repo不变,仍旧是~/.venusminer的时候, 启动sophon-miner成功,但是执行命令miner address list 提示./sophon-miner address list
ERROR: could not get API info: could not get api endpoint: API not running (no endpoint)

重现步骤 / Repo Steps

1. 正常启动sophon-miner成功
   ps aux|grep miner
   root 4019351 0.2 0.1 1697360 35856 ? Sl 13:45 0:01 /root/venus-miner/sophon-miner run

2.repo文件仍使用原来的~/.venusminer（没有创建新的~/.sophon-miner 也没有将~/.venusminer改名为~/.sophon-miner ）

3. 执行命令：./sophon-miner address list，报错如下：
   ERROR: could not get API info: could not get api endpoint: API not running (no endpoint)
