We have a document that outlines the early vision of testing. This doc needs to be updated for details to match the actual implementation.

What we have not covered is what happens to the manifest mechanism after nv24.

Update the doc to match the implementation closely.
Update the doc to cover in detail what would happen to the passive testing mechanisms after the upgrade.
Write a blog post about passive testing, results of the tests, issues discovered and fix, and summarise nv24 changes as far as passive testing goes.
