Follow up from #163; since deploying fiaas-deploy-daemon with skipper is deprecated, the fiaas-deploy-daemon-bootstrap entrypoint and associated e2e test could be removed.
Since removing this means it would no longer be possible to deploy new fiaas-deploy-daemon releases with skipper (using the workaround documented here) at all, maybe it would be a good idea to wait some predefined time (1/3/6 month(s)? I'm not sure what is an appropriate grace period) before removing it completely.

From our side, we will work on moving out of Skipper next year. We want to be releasing with the sem-ver releases in April. Does it sound reasonable to you?
