Using A_BUTTON to respawn in Combat Simulator with Start Armed enabled results in the player starting Unarmed #531

A tiny PC port bug, not related to any recent 64 bit updates or anything; just a behavior I recently observed.

In Combat Simulator, if you have Start Armed enabled and press A_BUTTON after dying, it interprets the input as the player intending to cycle to their next weapon, which is unarmed. So you respawn unarmed.

It's ofc a pretty unimportant issue, but for a while now I've been wondering why I'd occasionally spawn with weapon, and sometimes I wouldn't. It's because sometimes I press A_BUTTON to respawn.

In this clip, for the first respawn I press A_BUTTON, and for the second I use START_BUTTON.
