[Miyoo] Overclocking on "Favorites" section

Opening a game/app through FAVORITES section omits any Overclocking to CPU, be it setting through rom_preferences, config.ini or favorites.sav - any changes done to CPU value will have then no effect (when booting through that section).

Investigating futher I've found that deleting any of the "Favorites" entries, will result in overriding all other CPU clock values in favorites.sav file back to normal CPU speed. Otherwise it works as expected, when just adding other games/apps with overclocked speed.

EDIT: I'm getting different results, when this issue sometimes occures or not with above scenario. I'll test more and see if I can bisect it more clearly.
