This file is generated when the unit test is executed (with the provided configuration, all *.jxml files are dropped in the utest folder). It will not exist in the cloned repository.

Then does it needs to be marked as an "Ignore file" in the project ??

You are probably (formally) right but I think it does not really make a difference for the actual build in VS.
