Edits Lost When Starting/Stopping A Remote Session

Describe the bug
All unsaved edits are lost when starting or stopping a remote session using Remote Desktop.

To Reproduce

1. Open a ribbon XML configuration on computer A.
2. Make some edits to the XML but do not save.
3. Start a remote session using Remote Desktop on computer B remoting in to computer A.
4. See that all changes are lost - the XML is restored to when it was first opened and the view is positioned at the top.
5. Make some changes to the XML from computer B through the remote session.
6. Close the remote session on computer B.
7. Return to computer A and see the changes made are again lost and the view is positioned at the top.

Expected behavior
No lost changes and the view position remains unchanged when starting or stopping a remote session.

All tests made on a Windows 10.0.19045 computer with all updates applied. Editor version 1.9.0.1056. .NET version 6.0.7.
