https://github.com/phpDocumentor/ReflectionDocBlock/releases/tag/4.0.0 mentions that there were some BC breaks, not sure what they were.

Eventually, the dependency on reflection-docblock 3 may conflict with other dependencies of a project using php-advanced-json-rpc (Not yet for me, anyway)
