Fixes broken isort pre-commit hook.
Applies autoupdate results.

💭 Motivation and context

Linting was broken by:

• Build from source (e.g. via pre-commit) is broken by new poetry version PyCQA/isort#2077

Fixed by:

• Fix poetry pip-shims extras dependency PyCQA/isort#2078
