In order to input a greek vowel with a tonos on the greek keyboard you need to press the colon (:/;) key first and then the letter. When I press the colon key I see the horizontal scrollbar appearing and when I press the vowel it disappears.
I assume this is a bug. I can live with it, but it is very distracting, especially on dark themes
