[OSX] Horizontal scroll bar appears when inputting a greek vowel with tonos (accent) #2378

In order to input a greek vowel with a tonos on the greek keyboard you need to press the colon (:/;) key first and then the letter. When I press the colon key I see the horizontal scrollbar appearing and when I press the vowel it disappears.
I assume this is a bug. I can live with it, but it is very distracting, especially on dark themes

@corelon This looks a lot like this other issue we have open: #1713. I'm going to close this one in favor of the older one, but feel free to add a comment to the other issue to describe your specific problem. Thanks!
