Possible to get OctoEverywhere plugin?

Hey there,

I am trying to install the OctoEverywhere plugin, but it will not install. I am not sure if trying to troubleshoot this is moot. The error I am getting is:

Looks like gcc is not installed. Not sure if this is a system limitation or not.
