We should automate Elasticsearch backups for legal resources. Could we use a celery task?

From @vrajmohan: we could schedule it using celery. I would first write management tasks for backup and restore and run it periodically for say 4 weeks (to work out kinks, practice restore). I would only automate it after this period.
