Moment - fixed with PR but won't go live until the deployment (12/20)
Django - For Django, we use the latest version of 1.10 (currently 1.10.8)
Django security alert applies to affected versions: 1.11.x, 1.10.x, 1.9.x
The latest Django security patched versions are 1.10.8 (and 1.11.5)
So this looks like a false alarm
(same as last week - because we have the latest patch version, we're ok.
Put in Issue for updating Django

Eregs: The project's Django for Eregs is using v1.8
The Django security alert excludes v1.8 as not affected (only 1.11 and 1.10 were affected)
Therefore false alarm.

No account changes

Confirmed 14 service keys in cloud.gov dashboard
