Finish moving data catalog files to S3

  • Review data catalog to get SQL from front-end and give to Joseph so he can add to cron jobs

XML files for the following have been generated.

  • independent_expenditure_2*xml
  • formfiler_2xml
  • UnverifiedCommittees.xml
