CMS: The Django for the cms should be running the latest patch, so that looks like a false alarm (same as last week - because we use the highest version of 1.10 (currently 1.10.8) and that version has a patch, we're ok.

Eregs: has 1.8, only 1.11 and 1.10 have the patch = false alarm. All other older alerts ok to disregard per Lindsay.
