Business reason

As a user, I would like to be able to manually remove (un-link) a transaction from a report, so that I can file my report and likely file the transaction with another report.

Acceptance Criteria

Given a transaction in a Form 3X report [note: this will apply for other reports, like form 3, etc, when those are created, so our solution should account for that]

When I [design tbd - select the action to un-link]

Then the transaction (and related transactions???) will be removed from this report

And the transaction(s) will be available and listed in the All transactions page ( FECFILE-1819 Design Review )

Design

Notes for design:

  • ‘related’ transactions would also be unlinked
  • might want to alert user if a ‘tier 1’ memo (that was a memo only because of the dates) is unlinked, user will probably want to make is not a memo
