What we're after:
We aim to ensure that all document links from the legacy AO search (saos.fec.gov) correctly redirect to their corresponding documents in the new website AO search. If automated redirects are not feasible, we will manually update the links through the CMS..

Completion criteria

• Redirection Strategy: A clear plan is established and documented for handling legacy AO system document links, either through automated redirects or manual updates.
• Testing: All legacy document links are tested to confirm they either successfully redirect to the correct documents in the new system or have been updated manually.
• Manual Updates (if required): Any links that cannot be redirected are manually updated in the CMS.
• Documentation: A comprehensive report is prepared, detailing the process, the number of links updated, and any challenges encountered.
• Stakeholder Approval: The final solution is reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders, confirming that all legacy links are correctly handled.
