Testing ticket for the admin fine redirects - #325

Test these three redirects are redirecting to the eCFR after the release they are merged into is deployed:

/regulations/111-24/2022-annual-111 redirects to https://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-idx?node=se11.1.111_124
/regulations/111-43/2022-annual-111 redirects to https://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-idx?node=se11.1.111_143
/regulations/111-44/2022-annual-111 redirects to https://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-idx?node=se11.1.111_144
