• Addresses Research how to include all 2 year periods on spending/raising breakdown pages #1550
  Add 2008, 2010, and 2014 cycles to raising/spending breakdowns. I entered a new issue (Make raising/spending page cycles data-driven #1947) for making these data-driven.
