Summary

What we're after:
An FR notice of availability is posted for a pending rulemaking that needs to be removed after the comment period has closed on 2/18.

Related issues

Completion criteria

  • On 2/19 If no more comments are open revert the page to No pending comments language. See a previous draft for an example in the history.
  • Alert Jenni Boyt it has been taken down
