Consider improvements to the account type and receipt/disbursement type filters

What we're after

Consider how we might improve the design of the account type and receipt/disbursement type filters.

Ideas:

• Couple the filters together so that the account type filter informs the type of transaction types shown
• Split the filters up by account type, individual filters for a group of transactions by account type
