Now that the eCFR research has completed, the design work for this new section of the site needs to be completed

Following demo, there are additional changes that need to be made to address areas such as the Timeline section. But I'm sharing these drafts here for any additional feedback. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about these designs. Happy to have a conversation about additional changes that may need to happen.

Next steps after incorporating some preliminary feedback from you all will be to speak to OGC staff about additional usability enhancements.

Thank you for sharing these designs @JonellaCulmer . This looks really good to me, and I don't have additional comments at this point. When we get closer to completing this we might think about making sure the description of the timeline's limitations describes the two ways to review the E&Js in the same order that the buttons are presented.
