Completion criteria

• Redirects are working and eCFR shows for the affected regs: 11 CFR 100.26, 11 CFR 111.23, 11 CFR 111.43, 11 CFR 111.44,
• Test partial redirects by navigating to the effected regulations to ensure that the updated reg is displaying: 11 CFR 100.26, 11 CFR 111.23, 11 CFR 111.43, 11 CFR 111.44
