What we're after:
As a candidate who wants to take a salary from their campaign, I need to know about the new rules taking effect on 3/1/2024.

Content team will need to update appropriate H4CC pages with any changes/updates coming out of new candidate salary rules published on 1/4/24 and effective 3/1/2024.

Completion criteria

• Page to be updated listed in this ticket
• Include reporting example
• Look at the personal use page to see if it can be its own child page
• Updates to the page are drafted in Word to show where changes will be made and sent to OGC/content team for review
• Alert John when Personal use page is ready, so he can make changes on the backend for the template. He will need time to convert the page.
• Publishing on or after 3/1/2024
