Completion criteria

Banners set up for:

• Efiling maintenance on 9/29 at 5:30 pm
• Take down eFiling banner on 9/30 at 5:30 pm
• Put policy banner back as of 10:01 am on 10/1.
• Open meeting of 10/5 (and cancellation banner if meeting canceled within 48 hours of 10/5)- update it was canceled.
• Put policy banner back on 10/5, 12:30 pm after cancellation banner expires and to retire on 10/13
• Late hours on 10/13 for Q3 filing
• On 10/13, reset policy banner to reappear on 10/13 at 8 pm
• Any other banners that might come up during the sprint (rulemaking deadlines, eFiling maintenance, etc.)

**If government shutdown happens, web manager will post a shutdown banner.

The open meeting was canceled, so the cancellation banner went up on 10/4 as soon as announced and will sunset at 12:30 pm on 10/5. The policy banner is set to return at that time.
