@patphongs Do you see any issues with incorporating a google form into the feedback box?

We don't currently have anything that works like ethn.io did. Specifically, nothing that is open-ended. The research platform we're using now does not allow for this, so we'd be continually opening new "studies" and would have to change out the link each time it expires.

The google form you drafted looks like a good alternative to me. But let's double check on this with our own internal processes before we proceed.
