Wagtail Wish List: Allow the addition of a link to a Record category to the "add Record article" links on custom page template

Summary

For custom pages, we'd like the ability to link to a news feed as well as an individual Record article.

Current Situation

Right now, you can only choose a specific Record article and cannot link to an entire Record category

Use Case

Record articles can go out of date. (For example, an article about the 2020 contribution limits or reporting dates won't be useful on a page that is talking about current ones.) For that reason, it would be nice to link to one of the Record category feeds in the Updates section so that readers can always access the latest news and Content team doesn't have to remember to go in and update or delete a Record article.
