What we are after:
On June 14, FEC issued FR notice of interim final rules on IEs. We need to do the routine work of updating the regulations page and the E&J pages.
Our documentation for how to do E&Js needs updating now that the tables are in Google drive and we edit them there before copy/pasting into Wagtail. For this ticket, work with Dorothy and we can update documentation as we work on this.
Read the notice, make notes on what rules are being added, changed to determine which parts of the citation index and appendix will need new lines
Use the E&J tables to create the new lines that will need to be inserted into the Wagtail pages
Copy/paste those new lines into the tables
Publish the page updates
Send an email to OGC once done just to let them know
FR notice (using SERS link) is added to the chronological index in the 2022 table and to the citation indexes for the regulations mentioned in the notice.
FR notice (using SERS link) is added to the appendix for part 110 as specified in the notice.
Documentation is updated to reflect any changes to our procedures since E&J pages have now been migrated.
Work is demo'ed for Info and content team.
OGC notified that update was made.
Future work
The substance of the new rules will need to be incorporated into H4CC pages once the new rules take effect on March 1. This work will be done in #5526.
Also, we'll need to update the glossary definition of "public communication" - #5527
