Summary

The current alphabetical index page for court cases (https://www.fec.gov/legal-resources/court-cases/court-case-alphabetical-index/) is difficult to navigate and update. This is ticket to understand what can be updated and how to implement those changes to the page for easier navigation and editing.

Completion criteria

@djgarr As part of your proposed update/upgrade we could use a datatable to show the cases and use sort and filter capability similar the way the alpha buttons at the top work now. It would be a fairly light lift, dev-wise. It would auto-update with the addition of any new case pages.

@johnnyporkchops How would it work with the individual documents attached to the cases? We only include the court decision documents on the page, but it you go to the case page itself, it has all the documents associated with the case
