What we're after:
The "Document on enforcement and compliance practices" web page needs its contact information updated for the OCG contact and to remove a sentence that is no longer needed.

Completion criteria

• Remove Stephen Gura as the contact attorney and replace with Claudio Pavia who is now the Acting Deputy Associate General Counsel-Enforcement
• Remove the sentence that references "Reports Analysis Division FAQ"

Create a ticket to discuss the overlap of the page with the Guidance Search and if a new design is needed.
