Draft reporting examples (PAC/Party, credit card fees)

Summary

To help users understand how to report campaign finance transactions, we need to continue drafting the content portion of the reporting examples (language + images) that will go with the candidate section within Help for Candidates and Committees.

• Earmarked receipts with info about data import (PAC/Party)
• Credit card fees, transaction fees (all committees)
• In-Kind Contributions received (PACs and Party) (added 2/3)

Added "In-kind contributions received" for PACs and Parties to the work plan. Should be easily adapted from the candidate reporting example.

Edited the ticket ticket because this work is for all committee types, not just candidates.

Submitted first round of images to Jim Jones. PAC in-kind reporting example draft is in hand, will be ready for review once images are available.
