Content team is going to have routine sprint ticket for banner work each sprint to make sure we're on top of it.

Completion criteria

Banners set up for:

• if needed: any Commission meeting or hearing that is scheduled during the sprint
• If needed: any change in status doc that may happen
• Post any other banners that might be needed: Year-End report on January 31.
• Create banner ticket for 17.2 and add it to PI planning doc for Content PI17

Meeting banner for 1/27 is set up.
We will need a Year-end reporting banner on 1/31. Reached out to Info who confirmed the tip will be posted on 1/24 and to RAD/EFO who confirmed the late hours. Will set the banner up after the tip goes up.
