After December 28 / 16.6 release deployed: Test 16.6 redirects

Summary

What we're after:
We put some redirects in place in 16.6 and need to test them after the release is deployed.

Related issues

• Redirects for 16.6 #4991 - 16.6 redirects

Completion criteria

• Redirects are working
• www redirects are working (may need to submit PR or put in Wagtail)
• Redirect spreadsheet is updated
• Files with working redirects added to take down ticket

Future work

-Take down ticket to be created for 17.1

None of the redirects seem to be working. The PR was merged and approved, so not sure what is going on. Checking with @patphongs
