Add missing audit hearings

Summary

What we are after:
From Erica in Audit;

On the Commission webpage, Commission Meetings/Public hearings, it appears some of the Audit hearings are not showing up.

Only one audit (Los Angeles) was a closed hearing.

All the other Audit Hearings with a “No” in the chart were public, open hearings that are not listed under Commission Meetings/Public hearings.

• Audit hearings listed in table above are set to "hearing page" in Wagtail and show up in the feed at https://www.fec.gov/meetings/?tab=hearings

Tech steps or considerations (optional)

Need to see if the hearing page was selected for these meeting pages.
If not, change the selection.
If there's not a page, need to create one.

To solve this, I changed the meeting type to "hearing" and where needed, changed "open meeting" in the title to "audit hearing."
