Summary

What we are after:
Content team is going to have routine sprint ticket for banner work each sprint to make sure we're on top of it.

Completion criteria

Banners set up for:

  • set up by October 13: Open meeting of October 14 - to come up at 7:30 am and go down at 5:30 pm on 10/14
  • On October 14, set up banner for October 15 October Quarterly - Info has confirmed with EFO (and waiting on RAD) that this will be happening. Set up to come up at 7:30 am and go down at 8 pm on 10/15. (Note this banner will rotate with the open meeting banner, so do not set up until 10/14.)
  • If needed: any change in status doc that may happen
  • Double-check for any other banners that might be needed
  • Create banner ticket for 16.3 before refinement and add it to the content doc for PI16

The open meeting was canceled, so that banner has been unpublished and the October Quarterly banner is all set now to come up on Friday.

Moving this back to assigned tickets and will move to in progress if any new banner needs come up.
