Update H4CC pages when the next edition of the Candidate Guide is approved Step 1 (Inventory)

Summary

What we're after:
The print version of the Campaign Guide for Congressional Candidates is being revised. Commission approval of the document is pending. Once we have the new approved language, we need to make sure changes are reflected on H4CC pages.

Completion criteria

• Get a copy of the revisions (Get a Word breakdown showing changes from the current guide)
• Take an inventory (with a status of “todo”) and set it up to track the status of H4CC candidate changes and identify the pages that will have changes if approved
