Summary

What we're after:
We need to ensure our web pages that house videos have been updated to match the e-learning page, so the regulated community is getting the most up-to-date information. We need to ensure that videos that have been posted on the e-learning page are updated on other pages.

Completion criteria

What does the end state look like? Include any behavior, appearance, etc required for this ticket to be 'complete.'
