What we're after:
Update data file links for 2021-2022

Completion criteria

https://www.fec.gov/data/browse-data/?tab=bulk-data

https://www.fec.gov/data/browse-data/?tab=raising

  • Change link text to 2009–2022
    • Lobbyist bundled contributions (link does not change)

https://www.fec.gov/data/browse-data/?tab=spending

https://www.fec.gov/data/browse-data/?tab=candidates

https://www.fec.gov/data/browse-data/?tab=committees

https://www.fec.gov/data/browse-data/?tab=filings

  • Change link text to 2009–2022
    • Unverified filers (link does not change)

Testing

  • Make sure links work (links won't work on local - need fec.gov links)
  • Make sure links in PR match links in ticket
  • Check formatting

On hold: it looks like this electioneering file is missing:

https://www.fec.gov/files/bulk-downloads/2022/ElectioneeringComm_2022.csv

No data for 2022 yet, but the database team is going to create a header-only file.
