Summary

What we're after:
We need to update the global search.gov index for new pages that were published in December/January

Note: When performing the scrape, you may come across an error. See the temporary workaround to mitigate this for scraping, if this bug has not yet been handled: #4140 (comment)

Last indexed page count: 1384 (indexed on 12/01/2020). Deleted 8 transition pages from the index per this ticket. After those pages were deleted, there is now a page count of 1376.
New indexed page count: 1553 (indexed on 2/23/2021)

Created new ticket to scrape and index the pages for March #4417
