What we're after:
We want to scrape the alphabetical transition pages and transfer them to individual court case pages in Wagtail.

These pages are generally around 2012 - present

Example: https://transition.fec.gov/law/litigation/FSFP.shtml will be moving to its own individual Free Speech for People v. FEC (19-1722) court case page.
