Document type filter not working properly

What we're after:
It appears that the document type filter on the Advisory opinions datatable is not functioning properly.

Example: on the AO datatable When searching for AO number 2015-09 and filtering by Final opinion, we get a result. We also get a result if we filter by other document types as well. The AO should only appear under one document type.

Action items:

• Verify issue with document type filter and clarify the scope of the bug
• Test other filters to see if searching by AO number combined with other filters work properly

Completion criteria:

• AO datatable search filters by AO number and specific document type when queried
